HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Browse and Search

 

  1. Find the Item: Use the website’s search bar (usually at the top) or browse categories and menus to find the product(s) you want to purchase.
  2. View Details: Click on the item’s picture or name to open the product page. Here, you should check details like price, size, color, specifications, and availability.
  3. Check Stock/Options: Select any necessary options (size, color, quantity) from the dropdown menus.

 

Step 2: Add to Cart/Bag

 

  1. Add to Cart: Click the prominent button, usually labeled “Add to Cart,” “Add to Bag,” or “Buy Now.”
  2. Continue Shopping: A notification will usually pop up. You can either click “Continue Shopping” to find more items or proceed to the next step.

 

Step 3: Review the Cart

 

  1. Go to Cart: When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart Icon (usually a small trolley or bag image) or the “View Cart” button.
  2. Verify Order: Review all the items, quantities, and prices in your cart. This is your last chance to remove items or update the quantities.
  3. Apply Codes (Optional): If you have a discount code, coupon, or gift card, enter it into the designated field (often labeled “Promo Code” or “Coupon Code”) and click “Apply.”

 

Step 4: Checkout Process

 

  1. Initiate Checkout: Click the “Proceed to Checkout,” “Checkout,” or “Secure Checkout” button.
  2. Login or Guest Checkout:
    • Returning Customer: Log in with your email and password.
    • New Customer: You will usually be prompted to create an account or select “Checkout as Guest.” (Creating an account saves your details for faster future orders).
  3. Enter Shipping Information: Provide the full and correct delivery address, including your name, street address, city, postcode, and country.
    • Tip: Double-check the postcode and street number for accuracy.
  4. Select Shipping Method: Choose your preferred delivery speed (e.g., Standard, Expedited, Next-Day). Note the associated cost and estimated delivery time.

 

Step 5: Payment

 

  1. Enter Payment Details: Choose your payment method Bank Transfer or Cryptocurrency.
  2. Billing Address: Confirm or enter the billing address. This often defaults to your shipping address.

 

Step 6: Final Review and Place Order

 

  1. Review Everything: Before clicking the final button, review all sections one last time: Items, Shipping Address, Shipping Method, and Payment Details.
  2. Submit Order: Click the final button, which is usually labeled “Place Order,” “Pay Now,” or “Complete Purchase.”

 

Step 7: Confirmation

 

  1. Confirmation Screen: You will immediately see an order confirmation screen with an Order Number. Write this number down or take a screenshot.
  2. Confirmation Email: The website will send a confirmation email containing your order details, order number, and tracking information (once the item ships).

Congratulations! Your order is complete.

 

NB; We have the option which is paying the non prescription insurance costing £200 but it will be refunded tomorrow once you get your package. Or Make you a prescription script which will cost £350 but the process could take up to 4 days. (MANDATORY ONLY TO CLIENTS WITHOUT A VALID PRESCRIPTION SCRIPT)
